Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she turned 16 and she stopped the sport of gymnastics. Within a year, she was awarded her Professional Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. When she quit her gymnastics profession and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows as a teenager. She won her Pro Card within a year, at the age of 17. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was off the stage for six years to complete college. Then she came back in the year 2015 and picked up where she previously left off participating in some of the most prestigious contests such as the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued after her initial show for several years, setting bigger targets each year. She had already achieved four more fitness championships. In addition, the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age ever. Ariel completed her first six years in competition to get her college degree. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in third place. In summer 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for Fitness Olympia. In three months she appeared on the stage at the Olympia, where she took 6th place for her Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she had no expectations. Her satisfaction was high about her position. In light of the fact that she had to compete against best of the best. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel enjoys working her back. She usually does bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on the machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. It is common to warm up before the actual workout. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. Her back exercise routine comprises three or more supersets, each comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
